In traditional therapy, you talk through your struggles with a therapist.
They help you reflect, ask the right questions, and guide you through exercises so you can move forward. 🛋️
At MindDay, we focus on something different—but complementary.
It’s called self-therapy. 🧠
📱 On MindDay, you won’t talk directly to a therapist.
Not because we think therapy isn’t helpful—it is, and for many people it’s essential.
But we know that for lots of folks, there are still big barriers to seeing a professional.
And sometimes, it just feels easier to start the journey with an app.
We want to support anyone who finds it hard to access therapy. That includes:
- 🥺 People who feel like their problems aren't "serious enough" to see a therapist
- ⏱️ Those who don’t have time
- 💰 People for whom therapy is too expensive
- 🚫 Those who can’t find a therapist nearby
- 😳 People who feel uncomfortable opening up to a stranger
- … or simply anyone who doesn’t feel ready to take that step yet
And honestly, that’s a lot of us.
That’s why we created MindDay: to offer videos, tools, and exercises—all inside one app—so you can start working on yourself on your own, at your own pace.
It’s not a full replacement for therapy.
But it’s a great first step—or a powerful add-on to traditional therapy. 💡
