In rare cases, the app stores (App Store or Play Store, depending on your device) may charge you on the very first day of your free trial. 🙁
This usually happens if you’ve already installed MindDay in the past and used a free trial before.
App stores only allow one free trial per user, so if you subscribe again, they’ll automatically charge you.
Please read the information below carefully to request a refund.
MindDay is currently available through the App Store, Play Store, and our web platform (Paddle).
These are trusted payment partners who handle your subscription, secure your payment data, and manage billing. 🛡
According to our Terms of Use (available here), refund requests must follow the policies of the store where you subscribed to MindDay.
That’s why you’ll see their names on your bank statement—they process the payment and control refund decisions.
MindDay is not able to issue refunds directly. You’ll need to contact the store where you purchased your subscription.
- If you subscribed via the App Store, follow the refund steps here.
- If you subscribed via the Play Store, follow the steps here.
- If you subscribed via our web platform (Paddle):
- Go to this link and enter the same email address you used for your trial.
- Click “Verify and show Purchases” in the email.
- Click “Get Help.”
- Request a “Refund.”
You’ll receive a message at that address.
If everything’s going to the same address, you’re all set—you only have one account. 😉
