I’ve Been Charged and I’d Like a Refund

How Refunds Work

Have you been charged but don’t wish to keep your subscription? You’re in the right place.

Please read the information below carefully before submitting your refund request.

Currently, MindDay is sold via the App Store, the Play Store, and web platforms (Paddle & Stripe). These are trusted resellers and partners of MindDay. They ensure the security of your payment details, process charges, and manage subscriptions. 🛡

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions (available here), for any refund request, you are subject to the policies of the reseller through which you subscribed to MindDay. Their name is the one that appears on your bank statement, and they are responsible for handling refund policies.

Therefore, MindDay cannot issue refunds directly. You must submit your request to the platform where you purchased your subscription.

💡

To identify your platform, check the name shown on your invoice or bank statement.

⚠️

Please note that you have a limited 48-hour window after the charge date to request a refund. After this period, your platform may refuse your request.

Also, make sure you haven’t created two accounts with two different email addresses. You can check your email history to see which address receives messages from MindDay. If all emails are sent to the same address, then you only have one account. 😉

If nothing appears on your screen, please contact us and provide your identification number.
