On MindDay, you can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time 😊
The cancellation process depends on which platform you used to subscribe (App Store, Play Store/Google Play, or the Paddle web platform).
To find out which store you used, go to the “Subscription” page in your settings (tap the gear icon at the top right of the “Today” tab). You’ll see all the details related to your subscription.
- If you subscribed via the App Store or Play Store, you can go directly to the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) and cancel from there.
That will automatically stop the billing process. 😊
- If you subscribed via the Web Platform (Paddle), here’s what to do:
- Go to this link and enter the same email address you used to start your trial.
You’ll receive a message at that email address.
- Open the email and click on “Verify and show Purchases.”
- Click “Get Help.”
- Select “Cancel” to stop your trial.
If you didn’t receive an email in step 1, you probably entered the wrong email address.
To find the right one, search your inbox for the trial confirmation email from MindDay.
Use that same email address in step 1.
