If your program is stuck on the same day, there are two main reasons why:
- You didn’t finish the full video. The app only moves to the next day if you watch the entire session 📅
- You’ve completed the program. 😉 In that case, you’ll need to remove it from your list.
Want to restart a program you just finished? Simply remove it and add it again from the selection screen.
