I lost my history

Issue with your activity history

Can’t find your activity history on MindDay? Don’t worry — we’ll help you get it back 😌

First, make sure you’re logged in with the right email address.

Sometimes, if you haven’t used the app in a while or after an update, your phone may log you out. And when you log back in, it’s easy to use the wrong email by mistake.

To check, search your inbox for the very first email you got from MindDay when you created your account. 📧

That’s the email linked to your history.

If you're using the correct email and your history is still missing, it might be a bug.

In that case, send us an email at hello@mindday.com and include your user ID.

We’ll take care of it!
