I just bought a subscription, but nothing’s happening

Problem activating your subscription

Just bought a MindDay subscription but still can’t watch any sessions?

Really sorry about that 😞

Let’s start with the first step: restore your purchase.

  • Go to your app settings
  • Tap “Restore a purchase” under the “Subscription” section ↩️

Then close and reopen the app 😊

If that doesn’t work, your payment might not have gone through.

Check your inbox for a confirmation email — it could be from the App Store, Play Store, or Paddle. (⚠️ Don’t forget to check your spam folder!)

  • No email? The purchase likely didn’t go through — you’ll need to try again 💪
  • Got the email? Perfect, the payment was processed. Sometimes your phone just needs a few minutes to update your access (up to 5 minutes max).

💡 Make sure you’re logged into MindDay with the same email address you used for payment — it’s the one that received the confirmation email.
