I have a subscription, but it’s asking me to pay again

Issue with the subscription linked to your account

You just logged back into the app but can’t access any video content? No worries — here are two things to try:

1. Restore your purchase ♼

  • Go to your app settings
  • Tap “Restore a purchase” under the “Subscription” section
  • Then close the app completely (don’t just put it in the background) and reopen it

If nothing changes, you might be logged in with the wrong email address.

2. Check your login email 📧

Sometimes we log in using the wrong email, especially if we have more than one.

To fix this:

  • Go to Settings in the app
  • Scroll all the way down and tap “Log out”
  • Then tap “I already have an account” and log in using the correct method and email
