I activated my free trial, but nothing’s happening

Issue with the the activation of your trial

Just started your MindDay free trial but can’t watch any sessions yet?

Oh no — really sorry about that 😞

Let’s try the first quick fix: restore your purchases.

Here’s how:

  • Go to your app settings
  • Tap “Restore a purchase” under the “Subscription” section ↩️

Then close and reopen the app 😊

If that doesn’t work, your free trial might not have been activated yet.

To check, look in your inbox for a confirmation email — it might come from the App Store, Play Store, or Paddle. (⚠️ Don’t forget to check your spam folder too.)

  • No email? The trial didn’t go through. You’ll need to try again 💪
  • Got the email? Great — your trial is active. Sometimes, your phone just needs a little time to catch up (up to 5 minutes ⏱)
