To check whether your MindDay app is up to date:
- Open the App Store (if you’re using an Apple device) or the Play Store (if you’re using an Android device);
- Then search for “MindDay.”
- If you don’t have the latest version of our app, an update will automatically be available;
- Download it to install the newest version on your phone 🙂
Our updates help fix potential technical issues and give you access to our latest features.
If no update is offered in your store, you can uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
