Do you have a subscription that doesn’t appear in the Play Store or the App Store?
If so, this means you purchased your subscription through the web platform Paddle.net.
(You’ll also see “Paddle.net” listed as the merchant on your bank statement if you’ve already been charged.)
To cancel your free trial (before being charged):
- Click this link and fill out the form, making sure to use the same email address you used when activating your trial.
You’ll receive a link at that same address.
- Click “Verify and show Purchases” in the email you receive.
- Click “Get Help.”
- Select “Cancel” to request cancellation.
To request a refund (after being charged):
- Click this link and fill out the form, making sure to use the same email address you used when activating your trial.
You’ll receive a link at that same address.
- Click “Verify and show Purchases” in the email you receive.
- Click “Get Help.”
- Select “Refund” to request your money back.
⚠️ Important: You have a limited window of 48 hours from the charge date to request a refund. After this period, the store may refuse your request.
