Would you like to check whether you have a MindDay subscription? Or confirm whether it’s active or canceled? You’re in the right place. ☺️
When you create your MindDay account, you first receive an email confirming your account creation.
However, at this stage, you haven’t necessarily activated a subscription. You initially have access to the 100% free section of our app.
When you activate a free trial, you receive a trial activation confirmation email.
And when you subscribe, you receive an invoice.
If, when you click on a video, you’re prompted to start a free trial or subscribe (if you’ve already used a trial in the past), this means you do not have an active subscription on the account you’re currently logged into.
To check whether you have an active subscription or trial, you can find this information directly in your app.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Open your MindDay app and go to the “Today” tab.
- Tap “Settings” (the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner).
- Scroll down to the Subscription section.
- If you see “Activate my subscription”, it means you have activated neither a subscription nor a free trial on this account.
- If you see “My subscription”, it means you currently have a subscription.
In that case, you can check your subscription status:
- Active: your subscription (or free trial) has not been canceled.
- Canceled: your subscription (or free trial) has been successfully canceled.
