I Activated My Code but Nothing’s Happening đŸ’»

Issue with Your Code Activation

Some phones may take a little time to process the activation code. It can take up to 20 minutes. ⏱

If nothing happens after 20 minutes, here are a few steps you can follow.

The very first thing to do is check whether your code has been successfully activated. To do this, click on this link and enter your code again.

  • If you see a “code already used” message, this means your code has been successfully activated. In that case, please check in the app that you’re logged in with the same email address you used when activating your code.

For example, if you created your account by clicking “Sign in with Google” when activating your code, you’ll need to log in the same way in the app.

💡 You can also restore your code. To do this, go to your app settings and tap “Restore Purchase” in the “Subscription” section. ↩

  • If no message appears when you enter your code, this means your code has not yet been activated.

In that case, you’ll need to activate your subscription. You can find more information here.
