To find what you wrote during a program, session, or tool, go to your History (tab at the bottom right). There, you’ll see the list of all the programs, sessions, and tools you’ve completed.
Select the date when you viewed the program or session and tap on it.
You’ll then have access to all the answers you provided.
You can also replay the session or program if you’d like.
Your new answers won’t replace the old ones—a new entry will appear at the top of your history with your updated responses.
